Welcome to Logisrch!
 These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Logisrch platform (“Platform”), including our website and services. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Logisrch.

1. Definitions

In these Terms:

  • “Logisrch” refers to the platform (website and services) owned and operated by [Your Company Name], with its principal office in Canada.

     

  • “Users” refer to individuals or businesses registering as warehouse owners or service seekers (business users).

     

  • “Warehouse Owners” are individuals or entities listing their warehouse spaces on the platform.

     

  • “Service Seekers” are individuals or businesses seeking warehouse space for their needs.

2. Eligibility

To use Logisrch, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.

     

  • Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.

     

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.

     

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

  1. Account Creation:
     All Users must create an account to access Logisrch’s services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

     

  2. Account Accuracy:
     Users agree to provide accurate information when registering and to update their profiles as necessary to ensure the information remains current.

     

  3. Prohibited Activities:
     Users may not:

     

    • Misrepresent their identity or upload inaccurate information.

       

    • Illegally sublease or list spaces they do not own or have the authority to rent.

       

    • Use the Platform for fraudulent purposes.

       

  4. Account Termination:
     Logisrch reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if these Terms are violated.

4. Services Provided by Logisrch

The Platform connects:

  • Warehouse Owners who list their spaces for rent with:

     

  • Service Seekers who require temporary or long-term storage solutions.

Logisrch Role:

Logisrch acts as an intermediary platform that facilitates connections. Logisrch is not a party to the agreements between Warehouse Owners and Service Seekers.

5. Payments and Fees

  1. Platform Fee:
     Logisrch may charge a fee for the use of certain platform features, such as premium listings. These fees will be disclosed clearly during the transaction process.

     

  2. Third-Party Payment Processors:
     All payments made through the Platform are managed by third-party payment processors. Logisrch does not handle or store financial data.

     

  3. Non-Refundable Fees:
     Unless required by law, subscription fees, listing fees, or service fees paid to Logisrch are non-refundable.

6. User Responsibilities

Users agree:

  1. To use the Platform only for lawful purposes.

     

  2. Warehouse Owners will ensure their listings are accurate, including warehouse location, size, amenities, and availability.

     

  3. Service Seekers will communicate clearly and promptly with Warehouse Owners regarding inquiries and bookings.

7. Warehouse Owner and Service Seeker Agreement

  1. Warehouse Listings:
     Warehouse Owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings and must ensure that their spaces comply with local laws and safety regulations.

     

  2. Booking Process:
     Service Seekers are responsible for ensuring that their use of the warehouse complies with the Warehouse Owner’s terms. Both parties should clearly communicate expectations for booking details.

     

  3. Disputes:
     Logisrch is not liable for disputes between Warehouse Owners and Service Seekers but may offer dispute resolution tools or guidance to assist where possible.

8. Intellectual Property

  1. Ownership:
     Logisrch owns all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including software, logos, and trademarks.

     

  2. User Content:
     By uploading content (e.g., listing descriptions and images) to the Platform, Users grant Logisrch a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use this content to operate the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

  1. Platform Use:
     Logisrch is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.

     

  2. No Liability:
     Logisrch is not liable for:

     

    • Booking cancellations or disputes.

       

    • Misrepresentation of warehouse details by Warehouse Owners.

       

    • Loss, theft, or damage to items stored in warehouses.

       

    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.

10. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold Logisrch harmless from and against all claims, damages, and expenses arising from:

  • User violations of these Terms.

     

  • Misuse of the Platform.

     

  • Breach of agreements between Warehouse Owners and Service Seekers.

11. Privacy

Your use of Logisrch is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is collected and processed. By using our Platform, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

12. Termination

Logisrch may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms or if required to comply with legal obligations.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of [Insert Province, e.g., Ontario] and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of [Insert Province].

14. Amendments to Terms
